Purpose:

Creates a California professional corporation for an individual who is licensed to practice one of the following regulated professions in California: accountant, architect, acupuncturist, audiologist, chiropractor, clinical social worker, dental hygienist, dentist, doctor, lawyer, marriage and family therapist, nurse, optometrist, pharmacist, physician assistant, podiatrist, psychiatrist, psychologist, speech pathologist, or veterinarian.

Terms & Conditions:

Package fee includes California Secretary of State filing fee and California securities filing fee for in-scope items under normal processing. Excludes California registered agent fee.
Excludes expedited processing fees, document retrieval fees, third party costs (if any), and other out-of-scope items.
Attorney consultation will be limited to in-scope items for the applicable period of days, which will begin from the date of your payment.
Additional attorney time will be billed at our standard hourly rates as follows: Partners – $500; Associate Attorneys – $250; Senior Paralegals – $200; and Paralegals – $150.
Assistance will be limited to preparing a Form 2553 for your accountant(s) to review, modify and file with the IRS. We will not be responsible for Form 2553 filing.
Does not cover licensing the company with the licensing/regulatory body for your profession.
