Purpose:

Creates a multi-member California limited liability company (LLC) for up to 10 co-founders with dual-classes of membership units, differing inter se rights and privileges of members, and other customized, complex LLC provisions.

Terms & Conditions:

Package fee includes California Secretary of State filing fee for in-scope items under normal processing. Excludes California registered agent fee.
Excludes expedited processing fees, document retrieval fees, third party costs (if any), and other out-of-scope items.
Attorney consultation will be limited to in-scope items for the applicable period of days, which will begin from the date of your payment.
Additional attorney time will be billed at our standard hourly rates as follows: Partners – $500; Associate Attorneys – $250; Senior Paralegals – $200; and Paralegals – $150.
Following matters are expressly out-of-scope: commercial contracts; financings; M&A; regulatory and tax matters; patents, copyright, and trademarks; litigation; and international transactions.
Assistance in opening an U.S. business bank account will be limited to providing copies of LLC documents requested by the bank.
Assistance will be limited to filling up online forms and obtaining business license online.
