Purpose:

Creates a single-member California limited liability company (LLC) for holding a rental or investment property. A rental LLC helps with asset protection and provides tax benefits.

Terms & Conditions:

Package fee includes California Secretary of State filing fee for in-scope items under normal processing. Also includes California county recording fee for one title deed. Excludes California registered agent fee.
Excludes expedited processing fees, document retrieval fees, third party costs (if any), and other out-of-scope items.
Attorney consultation will be limited to in-scope items.
Additional attorney time will be billed at our standard hourly rates as follows: Partners – $500; Associate Attorneys – $250; Senior Paralegals – $200; and Paralegals – $150.
Title transfer will be limited to transferring your property ownership interests ‘as is’ to your rental LLC. Excludes any title search, title corrections, inter-spousal transfers, property valuation, and other non-covered items.
