CHILD CARE POWER OF ATTORNEY (COUPLE)

Purpose:

These documents enable California residents who are parents of minor child(ren) (i.e., anyone under 18 years of age) to nominate other adults to take the temporary legal custody of such minor(s) if the parents are temporarily incapacitated or are unable to take care of such minor child(ren).

Document Only Fee: $200

Add-ons:

Witness Services ($50). We will print your Joint Child Care Power of Attorney on premium paper and witness the signing at our Fremont office during normal business hours by prior appointment.
