Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), the UK Data Protection Act, and any other supplementing laws and regulations (the “Data Privacy Laws”), the purpose of this GDPR Notice (this “Notice”) is to inform users of IndUS Store who are residents of the European Union (“EU”) or the United Kingdom (together, “you” or “your”) of IndUS Store’s collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and other processing of individually identifiable information (“Personal Data”). This Notice is intended to supplement the IndUS Store Privacy Policy.

- Online Information: When you access and use the IndUS Store, blogs, mobile sites, and information about the device you use to access online information;
- Social Media: We will collect personal information from the social network in accordance with your privacy settings on that social network. Such information may include your name, profile picture, network, gender, username, user ID, age or age range, country, friends list, follower list, and any other information you have agreed to share.
Purposes for Processing Personal Data

- Provide the IndUS Store products and services to you and others;
- Comply with our contractual (including pre-contractual) obligations;
- Respond to your queries;
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;
- Ensure the security of the IndUS Store products and services;

- Request the erasure of their Personal Data; and
- Request the restriction of or object for legitimate reasons to the processing of Personal Data concerning them.
