Purpose:

These documents enable California residents who are parents of minor child(ren) (i.e., anyone under 18 years of age) to nominate guardians to take the legal custody of such minor(s) if the parents are incapacitated and also after death of the parents.

Documents Only Fee: $350

Witness Services ($50). We will print your Joint Guardianship Declaration on premium paper and witness the signing at our Fremont office during normal business hours by prior appointment.
