Package fee includes California Secretary of State filing fee and California securities filing fee for in-scope items under normal processing. Excludes California registered agent fee.
Excludes expedited processing fees, document retrieval fees, third party costs (if any), and other out-of-scope items.
Attorney consultation will be limited to in-scope items for the applicable duration, which will begin from the date of your payment.
Additional attorney time will be billed at our standard hourly rates as follows: Partners – $500; Associate Attorneys – $250; Senior Paralegals – $200; and Paralegals – $150.
Assistance will be limited to filling up online forms and obtaining business license online.
Assistance will be limited to preparing a Form 2553 for your accountant(s) to review, modify and file with the IRS. We will not be responsible for Form 2553 filing.
